My name is Julia Theim and I am a photographer and film enthusiast located in Victoria, British Columbia. I have a Diploma in Arts and Science Studies and Certificate in Digital Communications from Camosun College and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications degree from Royal Roads University. I have had the privilege of working on various film projects and photoshoots in the Greater Victoria Area. 
I am quite the history buff and love to learn about the history of where I live. I currently work as the Visitor Experience Coordinator at Craigdarroch Castle where I manage social media, create and give tours, manage events and share the stories of the Castle and Dunsmuir family with guests. My position allows me to combine my love of history with my creative skills in photography and film. In addition to my love of history, I am also a part of the Victoria Highland community. I have been a highland dancer for over 20 years and have voluntarily performed for numerous societies in the area.
